We typically work best with individuals spending $5,000+ per month on cards, and businesses spending $10,000+ per month. Below those thresholds, the ROI on a strategy session is lower — though there are still often meaningful wins to be had. If you're not sure, complete the intake form and we'll let you know during booking whether the session makes sense for your situation.
Award space at premium cabin levels — business and first class — is limited and typically released 6–11 months in advance. Booking at short notice severely restricts your options and routing flexibility. The 6-month minimum allows us to do proper research, identify the best routings, and take advantage of the widest possible award inventory. Rush trips are rarely the best trips.
No — we're consultants, not card brokers. We don't apply on your behalf or earn referral commissions. We provide independent, unbiased advice on which cards make the most sense for your situation. All applications are your own decision and done directly through the card issuer. This keeps our recommendations objective and not influenced by which referral link pays the most.
